As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Austin Consulting & Career Services, LLC, a boutique agency renowned for delivering customized solutions, she partners with mission-driven organizations and individuals to elevate workforce development consulting, talent acquisition & recruitment strategy, training & development facilitation, media & public relations consulting, diversity, equity & inclusion, HR strategy & compliance consulting, program & grant management, and career coaching & resume services.

Charlotte’s cross-sector expertise spans dynamic, interactive training programs; full-cycle talent acquisition, from market research and sourcing to high-level screening, interviewing, and onboarding; strategic media and public relations campaigns; and end-to-end grant management that secures and sustains critical funding. Grounded in rigorous WIOA compliance and fueled by a Master’s in Business Management from Minot State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Jackson State University, she blends strategic insight with deep human-behavior understanding to drive measurable outcomes.
